"FS-RL" is the same zoning as all of the lots in this subdivision, which are planned for or are already developed with single-family detached houses. The developer is also requesting that a portion of the area that was planned for commercial development, and is zoned as "CVCN" (Convenience Commercial Node), be rezoned to "FS-RL" (Suburban Residential Low-Density) to allow the construction of single-family detached houses instead of buildings for commercial businesses. The Planning and Zoning Commission will take action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for October 4, 2006.
