Home My WebLink About~Master - Designated Snow Routes, 2005 Updates � � 4 ORDINANCE NO. 3869 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA,BY REPEALING SECTION 22.9 AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 22.9 FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING THE LIST OF STREETS AND PORTIONS OF STREETS DESIGNATED AS SNOW ROUTES; REPEALING ANY AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING A PENALTY;AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that: Section One. The Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa shall be and the same is hereby amended by repealing Sec.22.9 as it now exists and enacting a new Section 22.9 as follows: "Sec.22.9.
