To the Owners,Tenants, and Occupants of the area hereinafter described,you are notified that
the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa, in conjunction with its meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00
p.m. on the 22°d day of November, 2005, on the proposed adoption of an urban revitalization plan for
an area described as:
Somerset Subdivision, 20`'Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa
to be called the Town Center West Urban Revitalization Area and enactment of an ordinance to
designate the land described above as an urban revitalization area.
