All -Jeff, Diane, Cindy and I reviewed the timeline and as discussed this morning, came up with two
alternatives:

July 11 - Council Consideration of Repealing the Zoning and Overlay, 3rd Reading

.Tfie schedule cannot be compressed more due to notice and report preparation time, and Jeff needs to
discuss with Doug the possibility of a 90 day referral period from Council expiring during the process. The
referral was made on February 28, which means, as we understand, things being back to Council by May
28. Planning staff has no problem, and even supports, the quicker schedule.
