You will record the rezoning agreement at the same time that you publish and file the rezoning ordinance,
that is, when the City Attorney has affirmed that"Wolford Development Options LLC" has taken title to the
land that is described in the rezoning ordinance and the rezoning agreement. It is possible, of course, that
will never happen. If it does not happen before December 1, 2007, both the rezoning agreement and the
rezoning ordinance become nothing more than odd historic artifacts of no legal or governmental effect.
