2. Application for designation as an URA received by P&H
3. Planning and Housing staff notifies City Clerk's Office
to place on the next agenda:
Urban Revitalization Area for(Address):
a. Motion approving/denying application
b. Resolution directing City staff to prepare Urban Revitalization
Plan and setting date of public hearing# 05 -3`TJ II
4. Publish Notice of Hearing in Tribune at least 30 days prior to the
hearing date
5. Send Public Notice to property owners and occupants within the subject area at least 30 days prior to the hearing date i� --a4—o _
