You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, will meet at
7:00 p.m.on June 14,2005,in the Council Chambers of the Ames City Hall, 515 Clark,Ames,Iowa,to
consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa, to remove the
Southeast Gateway Overlay District(O-GSE) designation with respect to land described as:
Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of Section 12-83-24, thence N 00' 15' 03" W a
distance of 736.33' to the point of beginning, thence N 00° 15' 03"W a distance of
116.00', thence N 89' 44' 57"E a distance of 1109.30', thence following along the
centerline of a 1005.00' radius curve with an interior angle 06° 57' 03"(arc distance
of 121.92')with a chord bearing S 07"21' 0 1"W,thence N 90'00' 00"W a distance
of 1092.71' to the point of beginning, all in Ames, Story County, Iowa.
You are hereby notified that the ordinance incorporating such change is on file in the office of the City
Clerk. Any interested person may appear for or against the proposed ordinance.
