NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ames City Council shall hold a public hearing in
conjunction with its regularly scheduled meeting of July 13, 2004, at 7:00 PM in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a
Planned Residence District (PRD) Development Plan for property generally located at 405 S. 16`h
Street.
Any parties in interest and citizens may appear at the July 13,2004, City Council meeting to
testify for or against the proposed Plan. Written testimony will also be accepted.

Aspen Ridge Subdivision
The Planning and Zoning Commission will take action on the above-described request at their meeting
of June 2, 2004.
The City Council will take action on the above-described request at their meeting of July 13, 2004.
The zoning is being changed from "RM" (Residential Medium Density)to "F-PRD" (Planned Residence
District).
The property is generally located at 405 South 16t" Street.
