Box 811 Ames, IA 50010 Phone: 515-239-5105 March 5, 2004 LEGAL NOTICE You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County,Iowa,will meet at 7:00 p.m. on March, 23, 2004, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 515 Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa,to consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames,Iowa,by changing the boundaries of the districts as shown on said map as provided in Section 29.1506 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: That the following described real estate located at 3314 Stange Road is proposed to be rezoned by ordinance from"A" (Agricultural)to "F-S RL" (Suburban Residential Low Density). The zoning is being changed from "A" (Agricultural) to "F-S RL" (Suburban Residential Low Density) and includes the approval of a Master Plan for the development of single-family detached home in the Taylor Glen Subdivision.
