ORDINANCE NO. 3758
AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AMES HIGH DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
AMES, IOWA.; AND, ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. That the street called Ames High Drive, the dedication of which was accepted by
Ames City Council Resolution No. 6325 on January 16, 1973, and recorded in Book 120,Page 651
in the office of the Story County Recorder on January 24, 1973, from the south line of 20'h Street to
the west line of Ridgewood Avenue, shall be and is hereby vacated and permanently closed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after April 1, 2004.
