I have identified three resolutions annexing property that I have attached for your reference. (Res. Nos. 03-298, 03-232, 03-127) Please check your records to see if there are any properties that I missed. Also, Joe, if you could start working on any corrections to the Wards and Precincts that they will be in and send that information to me, I would appreciate it. I have enclosed a copy of Chapter 6 for your reference also. I would like to have this all wrapped up by the first of October if possible. Thanks. WHEN AND HOW HELD. A runoff election shall be held for positions unfilled because of failure of a sufficient number of candidates to receive a majority vote in the regular city election. Candidates who do not receive a majority of the votes cast for the office for which they have filed but who received the highest number of votes cast for that office in the regular city election to the extent of twice the number of unfilled positions are candidates in the runoff election.
