You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County,Iowa, will meet at
7:00 p.m.on August 12,2003,in the Council Chambers of City Hall,515 Clark Avenue,Ames,Iowa,
to consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames,Iowa,by changing
the boundaries of the districts as shown on said map as provided in Section 29.1506 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
That the following described real estate,generally located between Adams Street and Top-O-Hollow
Road,east of Stone Brooke Subdivision and west of Windsor Oaks Senior Living Facility,is proposed
to be rezoned by ordinance from"A"(Agricultural)to"FS-RL"(Suburban Residential Low Density).

The Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking action on the above-described request at their
meeting of July 16, 2003.
The City Council will take action on the above-described request at their meeting of August 12, 2003.
