The City Council will take action on the above-described request at their meeting of July 22, 2003. 1 will let you know on Thursday(July 3rd)what action the Commission took. This property is generally located at 2501 Timberland Road. /The legal description for the annexation request is attached. The labels for the 200' notification is also attached.
