Dear Honorable Mayor and members of the City Council,
This letter is to request that you suspend the rules&waive the 2"d and 3'd readings for the rezoning of the property
located at 1021 Airport Road. This rezoning request is consistent with the Land Use Policy Plan(L.U.P.P.)and is
supported by all adjoining property owners. The proposed business use of this property relies heavily on student
and family use during the fall and winter months. Therefore, remodeling needs to be completed in a timely manner
in order to open in September and capitalize on maximum income producing months.
