The land described as: "Parcel D of Lot five(5), Cochrane's Second Addition to Ames, Iowa, as shown on the plat of survey filed as Instrument# 97-10908 in the office of the Story County Recorder." is hereby designated, pursuant to Chapter 404, Code of Iowa, as the 1305 Coconino Road Urban Revitalization Area.
