It is intended to establish an orderly transition between land uses and to reduce conflicts between v�p ,X0 different land uses by increasing compatibility between buildings and sites facing each other across l Sherman Avenue. v q Rezoning an area from "HOC' (Highway-Oriented Commercial)to "HOC' (Highway-Oriented Commercial) and "O-SLF" (South Lincoln Fringe Overlay).
