The City Council will take action on the above-described request at their meeting of June 10, 2003. I will let you know on Thursday (May 22nd) what action the Commission took. This property is generally located at 2200 Timberland Road. The legal description for the annexation request is attached. The labels for the 200' notification is also attached. The annexation request is not within two miles of another city and will not create an island. The City is also initiating therezoning or this property from Agricultural to Low Density.
