AN ORDINANCE TO DESIGNATE THE 218-300 STANTON
AVENUE URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that:
Section One. The land described as:
"Parcel"C"; Lots Thirteen(13)Twelve(12) and the North 75 feet of
Lot Eleven (11); Parker's Addition, in the City of Ames, Story
County, Iowa; as shown on the"Plat of Survey" filed in the office of
the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on September 24, 1993 and
recorded in Book 11 at Page 230,"
is hereby designated,pursuant to Chapter 404,Code of Iowa,as the 218-300 Stanton Avenue
Urban Revitalization Area.
Section Two. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication as required by law.
