REAL ESTATE DESCRIPTION: A portion of Outlot `W' of the Bloomington Heights Subdivision, Plat 9, an official plat, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, and generally located in the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 84 North, Range 24 West of the 51' P.M., Story County, Iowa, that is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point of reference at the Northeast corner of said Section 28;thence N89048'57"W, 1131.88 feet along the North line of said Section 28 to the point of beginning; thence S00011'03"W, 819.38 feet to a point;thence S62°34'30"W,373.48 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence N27025'30"W, 1120.00 feet along said East right-of-way line to a point on the North line of said Section 28;thence S89°48'57"E, 850 feet along said North line to the point of beginning and containing 12.796 acres more or less.
