1. Receive legal description/200 ft. names for public notices
and legal publication(from Planning&Housing Dept.)
2. Planning&Zoning Commission meeting date
3. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners
4. Publish legal notice in newspaper(no less than 7 days prior to
hearing) (need proof of publication returned from paper)
5. Prepare ordinance(to have on file)
6. Date of hearing and first passage of ordinance — — -
7. Resolution approving Zoning Change Agreement, if necessary
(Same meeting as first passage of ordinance)
