AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE THE ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 3,
RICHMONDS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. That the platted alleyway shown in Block 3,Richmonds Addition to the City of Ames
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication as required by law.
Passed this 22nd day of January , 2002 .
