Subject: Text Amendment to City Council
We have a text amendment that was recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission
on November 7, which we would like to take to City Council on December 11. Here is the wording that we
used for P&Z:
Motion to Approve a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to Establish
Minimum Off-Street Parking Requirements for "Small Shopping Centers".
I will forward a copy of the Action Form to John for him to prepare the Ordinance.
