THE CAMPUSTOWN URBAN
REVITALIZATION AREA
BE IT ordained,by the City Council for the
City of Ames,Iowa,that:
Section One. The land described as:
Campustown Area: Beginning at a point 33
feet north and 25 feet west of the northwest
corner of Lot 23, Parker's Addition, said
point being on the north line of Section 9,T83N,
R24W,and also being on the centerline of
Lynn Avenue; thence west a distance of
2,328.05 feet along said section line,said line
also being the centerline of Lincoln Way,to
a point 33 feet north of the northwest corner
of Lot 1,Lee's Subdivision;thence south a
distance of 213 feet to the southwest corner
of said Lot 1;thence east 80.1 feet to the
southeast corner of said Lot 1;thence north
