Real Estate Description: That part of the North Half of Section 28,Township 84 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Sectionn 28; thence S 89°50'45" W, 399.95 feet along the Southerly line of said Northwest Quarter to the Point of Beginning; thence N 00' 09' 15"W, 162.99 feet; thence N 89' 50'45" E, 373.00 feet along a line parallel with said Southerly line; thence N 00' 09' 15"W, 393.99 feet to a point on a 1336.50 foot radius, non-tangent curve, concave Northwesterly; thence Northeasterly, 722.33 feet along said curve having a chord bearing N 69° 20'28"E, 713.57 feet to a point on a 1000.00 foot radius, non-tangent curve, concave Northeasterly; thence Northwesterly, 433.81 feet along said curve having a chord bearing N 40' 16'20"W,430.42 feet;thence N 27' 50'39" W, 67.88 feet to the beginning of a 1000.00 foot radius, tangent curve, concave Northeasterly; thence Northwesterly, 34.42 feet along said curve having a chord bearing N 28' 49' 52" W, 34.41 feet; thence N 62° 09'22" E, 841.57 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad(formerly the Chicago &Northwestern Railroad); thence S 27' 50' 38" E, 1204.52 feet along said Southwesterly right of way line; thence S 00' 37' 55" E, 537.09 feet to a point on the Southerly line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28; thence S 89° 21' 34" W, 1625.46 feet along said Southerly line to the point of beginning; said tract containing 42.02 acres more or less. Section 2: All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
