Motion to Approve/Deny the Rezoning of Property Located on the North Side of South 161h Street, Adjacent to the East Side of the Abandoned Railroad Right-of-Way from "S-GA" (Government/Airport) to "A" (Agricultural). The Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking action on the above-described requests at their meeting of August 1, 2001. The City Council will be taking action on the above-described requests at their meeting of August 28, 2001. The legal description for the property located at 1208 Dayton Avenue is as follows: Lot 1 of the Dayton Park Subdivision, First Addition The legal description for the property located on South 161h Street is attached.
