and legal publication (from Planning &Housing Dept.)
2. Planning & Zoning Commission meeting date
3. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners � 1 -30 -01
4. Publish legal notice in newspaper (no less than 7 days prior to

5. Prepare ordinance (to have on file)
6. Date of hearing and first passage of ordinance
