SUBJECT: Motion to Approve/Deny the Rezoning of the Eastern Portion of Property Located at
3504 Grand Avenue from "Residential Low Density" (RL) to "Residential High Density"
(RH)
The Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking action on the above-described request at their
meeting of July 5, 2001. The City Council will be taking action on the above-described request at their
meeting of July 24, 20010
The legal description for this property is attached.

described as:
1 West 375 Feet of South 120 Feet of North 10 Acres of Northwest Quarter, Southwest
Quarter, Section Twenty-six (26), Township Eighty-four (84) North, Range Twenty-four
(24) West of the 5th P.M., Iowa.
AND
