and legal publication (from Planning &Housing Dept.)
2. Planning &Zoning Commission meeting date
3. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners -7 !�
4. Publish legal notice in newspaper (no less than 7 days prior to
hearing) (need proof of publication returned from paper) a _Q
5. Prepare ordinance (to have on file)
6. Date of hearing and first passage of ordinance `7 'a 0

7. Resolution approving Zoning Change Agreement, if necessary /v
(Same meeting as first passage of ordinance)
8. Second passage of ordinance
9. Third passage of ordinance
