AN ORDINANCE TO DESIGNATE THE 511 SOUTH
FOURTH STREET URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA
BE IT ORDAINED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that:
Section One. The land described as:
"Lots 8,9 and 12 and that part of the vacated alley lying west of an adjacent to the said Lots 8,9 and
12 in Block C of Black's Fourth Addition to the City of Ames,Iowa,"
is hereby designated,pursuant to Chapter 404,Code of Iowa,as the 511 South Fourth Street Urban Revitalization Area.
Section Two. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as
required by law.
