and legal publication (from Planning &Housing Dept.)
2. Planning & Zoning Commission meeting date ) ` 0

4. Publish legal notice in newspaper (no less than 7 days prior to
hearing) (need proof of publication returned from paper) 11- 3-0 l
5. Prepare ordinance (to have on file) -07 -lot

7. Resolution approving Zoning Change Agreement, if necessary
(Same meeting as first passage of ordinance)
