The Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking action on the above-described request at their meeting of February 21, 2001. The City Council will be taking action on the above-described request at their meeting of March 6, 2001. The legal description for this property is as follows: The south 79.2 feet of the west 145 feet of Lot 17 of Parker's Addition to the City of Ames. I have attached labels for the 200' notification.
