The on street parking on Emerald Drive between Jewel Drive and Garden Road
has become very congested. I propose moving the parking from the west to east side of
the street. Since there are no driveway cutouts and three less mailboxes on the east side,
this action would give us ten to twelve more parking spaces on this block.
When talking with Scott Logan,he suggested I seek the support of my neighbors.
The following pages show the names and addresses of the people who are in favor of this
change. Although not find everyone at home I did not find anyone who was against the
idea.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
