and legal publication (from Planning &Housing Dept.)
2. Planning &Zoning Commission meeting date Ci
3. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners
4. Publish legal notice in newspaper (no less than 7 days prior to
hearing) (need proof of publication returned from paper)
5. Prepare ordinance (to have on file) 1 -00
6. Date of hearing and first passage of ordinance
7. Resolution approving Zoning Change Agreement, if necessary A
(Same meeting as first passage of ordinance)
