1. Receive legal description/200 ft. names for public notices
and legal publication (from Planning S&Housing Dept.) ��
2. Planning & Zoning Commission meeting date 1 - 1 9 -0 D
3. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners
4. Publish legal notice in newspaper (no less than 7 days prior to
hearing) (need proof of publication returned from paper)
5. Prepare ordinance (to have on file) 7 -a`4 'O C7
6. Date of hearing and first passage of ordinance S �O
7. Resolution approving Zoning Change Agreement, if necessary to I 1A
(Same meeting as first passage of ordinance)
8. Second passage of ordinance
9. Third of ordinance
