AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE 150 CAMPUS AVENUE URBAN
REVITALIZATION AREA.
BE IT ENACTED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that:
Section One. There is hereby established as an urban revitalization area that real estate described as:
(A) 148 Campus Avenue-North 57.5'of the South 60'of Lot 7,Athletic Park Addition,and
(B) 152 Campus Avenue- South 30'of Lot 4 and the South 30'of Lot 5,lying West of the East line of
Lot 7 extended and the North 30'of Lot 7,Athletic Park Addition,and
(C) 156 Campus Avenue-Lot 3'/2 and the North 30'of Lot 4 and the North 30'of the West 151'of Lot
5,Athletic Park Addition,
said area to be called the 150 Campus Avenue Urban Revitalization Area.
Section Two. The aforesaid urban revitalization area shall endure from the effective date of the ordinance until
the 1st day of January,2003.
Section Three. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as
required by law.
