Sections 28.904 and 28.905 enacted by ordinances 3559 and 3560 on April 25 2000 set water connection
districts for land in the vicinity of Adams Street. The ordinances should be recorded per section 384.38(3)
Code of Iowa. Please let me know if it is recorded. If it is not, please do it. Thanks.
