$9.00 monthly fee includes garbage pick-up, recycling fees, and once-weekly
collection of leaves (available 8 months out of the year)
State Code Chapter 232 requires a ban on burning; evidently some Iowa cities
have reached a particular level of air quality for this Code to apply
