SUBJECT: Rezoning of the Property Located East of South Duff Avenue between Southeast Third
Street and Southeast Fifth Street from G-I (General Industrial) to G-C (General
Commercial).
The Planning and Zoning Commission will be taking action on the above-described request at their
meeting of February 4, 1998. This will then be considered at the City Council meeting scheduled for
February 24, 1998.
This property is generally located east of South buff Avenue between Southeast Third Street and
Southeast Fifth Street.
The legal description for this property is attached.
I have attached a copy of the labels for the 200' notification.
