and legal publication (front Planning &-Housing Dept.)
2. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners 9
3. Publish legal notice in newspaper (no less than 7 days prior to
hearing) (need proof of publication returned from paper)
4. Prepare ordinance (to have on file)
5. Planning &Zoning Commission meeting date
6. Date of hearing and first.passage of ordinance - '� %
7. Second passage of ordinance �f �
8. Third passage of ordinance M 'l
9. Publish ordinance in newspaper (need proof of publication
returned from paper)
10. Record ordinance, proofs of publication for legal notice of hearing
