You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, will meet
at 7:00 p.m. on September 24, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 515 Clark
Avenue, Ames, Iowa, to consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Ames, Iowa, by changing the boundaries of the districts as shown on said map as provided in
Section 29.6 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
That the following described real estate, generally located south of Airport Road between Elwood
Drive and Riverside Drive, will be rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural, Story County) to P-I
(Planned-Industrial, City of Ames), to allow the expansion and development of ISU Research
Park (Phase II):
