AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 3401 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RENUMBERING THE SECTION IT ADDED TO THE AMES
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ENACTED,by the City Council for the City of Ames,Iowa,that:
Section One. Ames City Ordinance No. 3401 is amended by repealing from its caption and first section the
number 17.28 and adopting instead the number 17.31 as the number for the new section added by that ordinance to the
Ames Municipal Code.
Section Two. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as
required by law.
