Ryan, City Clerk, 515 Clark, Ames, Iowa 50010 515/239-150 ORDINANCE NO. 3385 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, ADOPTED BY SECTION 29.5 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA; CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED AND SHOWN ON SAID MAP AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 29.6 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa: Section 1: The Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa, adopted by Section 29.5 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, is amended by changing the boundaries of the districts established and shown on said Map in the manner authorized by Section 29.6 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: That the following described property, generally located at 1515 Delaware Avenue, will be rezoned from G-1 (General Industrial) to R-3 (Medium-Density Residential) : PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Lot Twelve (12) in Block Seven (7) , in the Original Town of Ontario, Iowa, Town of Ontario now is a part of Ames, Iowa, and a ten (10) foot wide strip along the east side of Lot Twelve (12), Block Seven (7) in the Original Town of Ontario, Iowa, now a part of the City of Ames, beginning at the south line of Reliable Street, thence south to a point ten (10) feet south of the north line of Toronto Street in the City of Ames, Iowa. Section 2: All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. , o6i'0'1+f/rrt Section 3: This ordinance is in full force and 'effect from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
