HF 2407 CHILD SUPPORT LEVIES Allows the child support recovery unit to initiate levies against
the bank accounts of delinquent child support obligors. Requires notice to the obligor. Further defines
"account" and"financial institution."

professional license for nonpayment.ADOPTED.
