BACKGROUND:
During the review of the Cooper's Subdivision development, it was mutual-

designated on Stonehaven, Squaw Creek, and Grandwood Drive. These
streets have a 31' width that necessitates parking restrictions on one side
in order to accommodate traffic flow. This i3 in accordance with the
street/parking design study performed by s aff for the Bloomington
Heights development. In the study, it was dE termined that 27' and 31'
street widths are adequate for residential and Collector streets if parking
is removed on one side.
Parking restrictions are proposed for the west side of Squaw Creek Drive,
north side of Stonehaven Drive, and on the east side of Grandwood Drive.
Restrictions are designated for these sides in order to improve sight
distance at the approaches. Projected traffic volumes from the proposed
development on these streets is estimated to exceed 600 vehicles per day.
Shown on the attached diagram are the locations of the parking restrictions
for these streets.

Grandwood Drive, as stated above.

native number 1 above, thereby adopting an ordinance designating parking
