AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING Proof of F`UGlication if; She

AND REENACTING THE SAME TO REGULATE TURN- DAILY TRIPUNE
ING AT A RED LIGHT; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; ESTABLISHING
A PENALTY AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council for
the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. The STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss.
Municipal Code of the CityofAmes' Iowa
is hereby amended by repealing Subsection
26.18(2)(a) and re-enacting the same to
