This is to acknowledge the receipt of Don Jackson's
correspondence dated December 9, 1991 which responded to our

administration of the National Flood Insurance Program
(NFIP) . In partial response to our letter, the City provided
documentation to address those deficiencies. The information
has been reviewed and the following comments are provided:

scheduled to be adopted in January, 1992 . Please submit a
copy of the signed ordinance to our office by March 20, 1992.
2. The College Creek floodway change has been resolved and
was addressed in our October 7, 1991 letter.
3. The City's request for a May 1, 1992 extension for the

evidence of the removal by that date.
4. The seven elevation certificates are sufficient in
meeting our request.
