The Municipal Code of the City�Ames, Ordinance # 3167 Iowa is hereby amended by repealing Sec- tion 28.7 and re-enacting the same revised to read as follows: "Sec. 28.7. WATER RATES AND CHARGES. Section Two. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with shall be repealed to the extent of such conflict if any. Section Three.
