The Municipal Code of the City o Ames, Iowa is hereby amended by City of Ames - Ordinance repealing Sec. 26.76 and enacting a new Sec. 26.76 and Sec. 26.77 as follows: # 3160 "Sec. 26.76. GOLF CART OPERATION ON CITY STREETS. (1) No one shall operate a golf cart upon a city street except when done pursuant to a plan approved by the City Manager setting forth the specific streets, dates and conditions during which 1 such operation is permitted. (2) A golf was published in said newspaper for cart shall not be operated upon a city street which is a primary road extension through the city except to cross such consecutive weeks, the first street.
