SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATf., BE IT OR- DAINED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: .Section One. Section Three. Violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall constitute a simple misdemeanor punishable by a fine not �,to exceed $100 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Section Four. All ordinances or parts 7of ®rdinances in conflict herewith shall be repealed to the extent of such conflict if any. Section Five.
