I have also included the relevant sections of the SIC (Standard Industrial Classification Manual) that categorizes printing establishments. In talking with Warren Schmidt from Sigler Printing, we both agreed that Commercial Printing (SIC 2752) most closely resembled Sigler Printing. This district is intended to accommodate the wide range of retail commercial services and products, wholesaling, warehousing, and multiple-family residential units. (1) Permitted Uses. A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes: All uses involving retailing, commercial services and products to the general public, wholesaling, and warehousing, and residential corrections facilities, located no closer than 500 feet to another residential corrections facility or a supervised group home. It is also intended to accommodate, in those same areas, the develop- ment of mixed land uses which will allow the combination of com- mercial and residential uses in the same structure. Residential uses should be located above the first floor, however, the first floor may be occupied by residential uses in residential correc- tions facilities. (Ord. No. 3008, Sec. 2, 4-12-88) (2) Bulk Regulations. The following minimum requirements shall be observed. (a) Lot Area No minimum Mixed Use-6,000 sq. ft. for the first dwelling unit and 1,000 sq.ft. for each additional dwelling unit. (b) Lot Width 50 feet (c) Front Yard 20 feet minimum setback A fuel pump canopy may maintain a minimum front yard setback of ten (10) feet. The setback shall be measured between a vertical plane extending from the front edge of the canopy to the ground and the front property line. (d) Side yard Five (5) feet setback with a minimum of fifteen (15) feet between structures on adjacent properties.
